Production: Automata Description:
Series of three sounds and fifteen visual units captured from these sounds. PlLux05 - AV is a a series of sounds and visual data captured from them. Three previously made sounds were converted into the three long stripes of visual data using software with Fast Fourier transformation. Those stripes were divided into equal squares, printed onto the plastic and stretched to wooden frames. The decision to do so came after converting audio material and after facing the complexity of visual structures, the sublime textures and the intensity of those data stamps. These works are about digital packages, messages and their traveling, perception, deciphering, and their translation in different realms.
